Yes, in this lockdown, there’s a lot more to do by just sitting at your home. This is the time when you can chisel your skills. Working out is a boost to your immunity while keeping you in shape. You can workout out at home and maintain your physique. I know many of you might have been planning to join gyms, but it came to a halt after the lockdown was announced. Well, there’s nothing to be worried about, as you can do the workout at home. Spending Time With Family And Friends
Don’t know when will get such a long break like this again. But seeing its positive side, we have enough time to spend with family. Nothing can be better than sitting with your parents and all the family members and talking to them. Talk about your life problems and speak to them about your college, school, or job. Play games with them.
You can call your friends and discuss how your day went, what you did during the day, and what are your plans to do after lockdown. Especially if you are a student, you are not going to get time like this again, talk to your friends and your loved ones.
Books are your best friend and the ocean of knowledge. Developing the habit of reading can be a plus point in lockdown. Reading books has a lot of benefits to your brain, such as it increases your concentration power, your ability to focus and think according to the situation. Also, novels take you to the whole new world where you can feel the characters and indulge yourself in this whole new world.
Meditation is good for your overall health. It makes you calm by releasing your stress. You don’t need to dedicate a separate day to meditate, 10-20 minutes a day is enough. Not only meditation releases stress, but it also helps you overcome addictions.

Just like exercise is for the health of the body; similarly, podcasts are for the health of the brain. Podcasts will help you learn new things, and also increase your ability to grab things by listening to them.
