The correct diet also affects your productivity. People prefer eating food in large proportions and end up being tired. Instead, what you can do is eat light food or food in small proportions. This way you will not feel hungry between your working hours and also you will not feel tired.
Do Large Tasks When You Are Energetic
Key to do your work in time to do the large and boring task when you are feeling more energetic. For instance, you have some easy tasks, which you feel won’t take long enough, such as replying to emails. And then you have some tasks which can consume more time and is the major part of your daily work. Then you should do that task when you are feeling more energetic. If you feel energetic in when early morning, then you can consider doing that task early morning.
Have Enough Sleep
Late-night sleep and waking up early is for sure not the key to your productivity. Instead, if you want to wake up early, then you can try going to bed early. What is not suggested is having long sleeping hours. If you imbibe the habit of waking up early, then you can get started with your day faster than anyone else, and this way you will have time for yourself as well.
Give Yourself Break
You need to give yourself some breaks when between your work. You cannot continue to work for 3-4 hours continuously not unless you have strong will power. If you get tired after one hour then you can have some break in between. You can try creating time slots for your work time and have some break time in between work slots.
Multitasking is always the key to productivity, instead, you could end up spending more time on a particular task when you do multitasking. If you think that multitasking can save your time well, then that’s not true. It would be appropriate if you spend more time doing one task at a time. If you want to be productive then you should avoid multitasking.
