However, I realized that this was my biggest mistake that I have ever done. As per hair science, our hairs are fragile when they are wet and can easily break even with a little pressure applied. Brushing your hair can damage them. You should neither rub your hair harshly with the towel to dry it. Be gentle when drying your hair with a towel.
Using Hair Products
You should limit your use of hair products like wax, gels, or dyes. They might make your hairs look shiny for a short period, but over the long term, what they do is damage your hairs. You should limit your use of hair products. Also, when you apply these hair products for the party or other stuff, you should wash them off with a mild shampoo. Over the long term, these products made out of chemicals will leave permanent damage to your hair.
Over Washing Too Much
Overwashing your hair is one of those unhealthy habits which can damage your hairs over the long term. You should not overwash your hair, either with shampoo or with water. Washing your hairs will wash off all the oils which keep your hairs shiny all day long. Along with the dirt, necessary oils also get removed. You should wash your hairs with shampoo twice or thrice a week, and not excessively wash them with water.
Stressing Too Much
Stressing too much not only damages your hair, but it can lead to other health issues as well. As per a study, people who stress out too much suffer from hair fall. To avoid stress you must follow a healthy lifestyle, do exercise, and meditate. Following a healthy lifestyle will help you overcome stress.
Not Following A Proper Diet
Not following a proper diet can also result in hair fall and other permanent hair damages. Make sure to follow a diet that has all the nutrients. Avoid sugary and oily food as much as possible. You should stop yourself from consuming junk food.
